To make sure your experience with us is as comfortable & relaxing as possible we have compiled this list of frequently asked questions which should help provide you with everything you may need to know about our property.

What are the check-in & check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3 pm although if the house is vacant we may be able to be flexible and accommodate early check-ins.

A self-service check-in key box is available for very late arrivals although we will always do our best to meet & greet all of our guests.

Luggage can be stored before check-in and after departure at our sister hotel which is located only a short walk and this service is free of charge. Please make the host aware prior to your arrival.

How do I cancel or make changes to my reservation?

If you would like to amend or cancel your booking please check your cancellation terms which can be found on your email confirmation, amendments may be subject to a charge. Any amendments or enquiries can be made by contacting us directly.

Do you accommodate longer stays?

Yes, long term stays are allowed (28 days or more). We can of course discuss a discounted rate for these longer rentals.

Payment & minimum stays

All bookings are to be paid in full 7 days in advance.

A minimum 7-night stay is applicable, but we can accept 3 night stays with cleaning added as an additional enhancement.

What upgrades & enhancements do you offer?

Enhanced Household Welcome Pack £49 Includes the ingredients to make the 1st night’s meal.

Celebration Pack £99 includes a bottle of champagne, a bottle of red or white wine, balloons, 6 bottles of beer, flowers, nibbles & chocolates.

Cleaning & Bedding

Basic service £40 2 hrs – Tidy, dust & general clean.

Sheet change £80 3 hrs – Full bed & towel change, tidy, dust & general clean.

Changeover clean £140 – under 4 nights to be added & prepaid.

Bedding & towel packs £30 – based on 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms

Car Parking

£20 per car per day – Available in the adjacent car park.
